We all have heard about this star, Eddie Steeples from this hit comedy series ‘My Name Is Earl.’ In the series he plays Darnell, Joy’s current husband. Just like his role in the series, this guy is loved by everyone on the sets and his personal life, mostly because of his open attitude towards life. Eddie never feels shy about things that he likes and accepts them openly; it’s this attitude of his that is liked by people the most.

For this Earl star life is an imitation of art. Eddie in real life is pretty much like his character, Darnell ‘Crab Man’ Turner, which he plays in the series. Just like we have always seen him with tobacco on screen, the actor loves the ganja, in his real life, too. “Eddie loves smoking weed,” as per the information.  “He likes smoking blunts, which are made with tobacco leaves - usually grape or peach flavored - and filled with marijuana.”

Now guys don’t get the star wrong. It’s not like he walks around in a mist of smoke 24/7, it’s just that when he’s done with work, he likes to relax by kicking back with a good smoke. That is his way of relaxing. Another thing that we got to know about Eddie is that “Just like Darnell on the show, Eddie doesn’t hide his marijuana use, as a matter of fact, he doesn’t really care who knows that he likes to get high!” Now that is attitude, if you do it, do it openly.

As far as his friends are concerned, it’s not that his all friends are like that. In fact the star has two sets of friends. One bunch includes his star buddies who don’t get high and the other one is his tight-knit crew who love to get stoned.

Now this is what people who are on set with him have to say about him “We’re like a close family on the set, and Eddie’s not one to cover things up. He’s pretty much an open book - and in Eddie’s book there’s plenty of marijuana use.”

If there is anything I like more than watching my favorite series ‘My name is Earl’, then it’s reading about it and discussing it with my friends. It’s such a whacky comedy that it has me in splits every time. It goes without saying that Jason Lee is my favorite but I like Pressly in the role of Joy a lot. She has all the oomph needed to keep us glued to the screen. Recently, while going through a celebrity gossip site, I came upon this piece of news about Jamie Pressly that I think you would find interesting.

The buzz is that her engagement with DJ Cubiche has run into rough weather. As we all know that the couple has been engaged for the last two years and together they have an 18 month old son, Dezi. Well, sources close to the couple revealed that they are on a break and considering permanent split. US Weekly quoted the insider, “They hit a rough patch and decided to take break. They still love each other and Dezi is their world.”

Oh boy, that’s really touching. But, then all relationships need to be worked upon constantly. I sincerely hope that they resolve the issues troubling them soon.
