Earl Hickey, he was first introduced as a man whose life is full of mistakes and poor choices on ‘My Name is Earl’ tv show. Winning a lottery is surely a life turning event for everyone but the way it changed Earl’s life was unbelievable and out of this world. All his excitement and happiness shattered when a car hit him and Earl lost his lottery ticket. He ended up in a Hospital where he had an epiphany and he decided to set right of all the wrongs he had committed in his life, after realizing the concept of Karma. All his friends helped him on to-do-good mission and we saw him successfully accomplishing his tasks.

In season 1, we saw Earl beginning his journey and he continued it when series ran with the second season.Season 2 was initially meant to have 25 episodes but WGA strike shortened it and only 22 episodes were aired. Things went on and we saw Earl trying to make right the every wrong he had done. Throughout the three seasons, My Name is Earl received a huge response from viewers and ratings per episode were awesome. Extraordinary success during the initial three seasons paved a way for the fourth season of ‘My Name is Earl’.

Series returned with fourth season on September 25, 2008 and it was told in an interview that season 4 would be focusing on its original concept, Earl going through the list and righting the wrongs. In this season, Earl’s ex-wife Billie, portrayed by Actress Alyssa Milano, returned to reprise the role.

My Name is Earl’s season 4 is doing reasonably good. I’ve been a huge fan of series since its premiere and have never skipped any of the series episodes. All episodes are very entertaining and I must say that My Name is Earl is actually a great TV show. This NBC comedy series has broken the previous success records.
